ES & EL Engineering has been structured to add value to the local community by structuring its employment policy around hiring only local staff and to establish a vigorous training program in conjunction with the necessary SETAs. Learnership programs will be implemented in all functions of management where possible.
ES & EL Engineering’s procurement procedure regulated by company policy states that all equipment, material, resources will be purchased from local PDI suppliers where possible, if not, then further abroad outside the Western Cape borders. Some part and products may be imported for the escalator and elevator industry.

HUMAN DEVELOPMENT
ES & EL Engineering will also be embarking on a profit sharing program amongst all permanent employees, this will be paid out monthly as a bonus only if the company reaches its monthly profit margins.
